Balsamic Chicken with Hot Italian Peppers.....

Chicken breasts sauteed in garlic and olive oil until browned. Deglazed with balsamic vinegar with chicken still in the pan. Roll buttered and toasted then spread with honey Dijon mustard, chicken laid on, sliced tomatoes, and grilled hot Italian peppers.
