How I Taught My Brother To Cook
Improvisational Tuscan-Provençal-Catalan Cookery (and other good stuff to eat)
Cook red dal with chicken broth and a stick of cinnamon. After dal is tender add onion and garlic sauteed with mustard seed, ground cumin and coconut.
Par boil broccoli and then blacken in olive oil with garlic and dried red pepper.
