Every now and then, Nancy takes the helm and cooks some veggies for me. She loves vegetables, and because of that she makes them taste great. I'm not in love with vegetables, but I know they're good for me - and that's how they taste when I make them - nutritious :-)

You need a good exhaust fan when cooking this type of food.

Every culture has their kind of cooking based on their cultures. You should respect that. You don't have to like it, but respect it.
