How I Taught My Brother To Cook

Improvisational Tuscan-Provençal-Catalan Cookery (and other good stuff to eat)

the basic concept came from Mark Miller's "Coyote Cafe". Pasta is made from flour, masa, and egg. Filling from carnitas (pork braised in southwestern chilies and spices). Sauce from bell peppers and corn stewed in broth. I added some asparagus, cilantro, and shaved cheddar.
