Oh, NOW you want to talk about potatoes! In the book, you snubbed your nose at them. My next potato dish will be an old Aunt Rose recipe of creamed potatoes. Hardly French, they are absolute "Renif Side Hill". Ma made them as well.

Potatoes recipes ... hou ! yes what not ! its like french cheeses, lol, their is 300 recipes at least !
