Very simple - small red and white potatoes, corn, sausage and shrimp all boiled in a large pot with a heaping cup of Old Bay. You can do variations on sausage, add other shell fish, onions, spices/herbs etc. Alter to your liking! A one pot meal, simple and easy clean up!

The correct name is Frogmore Stew and it doesn't contain frogs  : )
