The wife came up with an excellent recipe here....................
Portabello mushroom caps, trimmed (just trim the stem and rim if needed), rinsed, dried and slathered lightly with olive oil
Saute garlic and diced onion in olive oil until onion is cooked, translucent not browned.
Throw in some fresh rosemary. Saute a minute or so.
