How I Taught My Brother To Cook

Improvisational Tuscan-Provençal-Catalan Cookery (and other good stuff to eat)

December 2008 at the Road Kill Cafe: Burgers and Dogs

This month we offer up our array of burgers and dogs. No, we don't just slap a pre-made burger or generic dog on the griddle the way 2 bit operations do. We put thought and care into these babies. Fresh made beef patties and natural casing franks. Who said burgers and dogs aren't fine food?!

Enjoy!!

Absolutely the best you'll eat. Homemade all the way. Served with cole slaw on the side or on the roll. You choice.
